The American Ge Corp (GE), a global digital industry company, created software defined machines that incorporated information, response, and predictive intelligence to transform traditional industries. Shenzhen office furniture has introduced the office space of GE China R & D center. The case is GE's office in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, designed by the Steven Leach Group team.
Following the successful acquisition of the French Alston power grid business in GE, in order to fully integrate the brand image, the office area from the original agreed five floors increased to seven. The new office will cover a number of GE business units, including power grids, oil, gas, health care and lighting. The project aims to convey the brand, culture and future of GE in the new form of "global digital industrialization" through design.
Create a smart office solution in the form of a non designated workstation. The design team designed 5 to 6 types of work space, including office furniture, sofas, 120 degree workstations, lifting workstations, and a great deal of recreational and collaborative space. The design staff feel comfortable on the design first, specially equipped with Haworth Zody Computer Engineering, Haworth chair.
The entrance reception area is located on the 38 floor, and the smooth and dynamic arc design creates a room for a future scientific and technological atmosphere. There is a large integrated touch screen display wall, with an interactive touch screen in the waiting area to allow visitors to learn about the future of GE in the waiting process. There are two curved glass conference rooms at the end of the reception area to strengthen the atmosphere of the sense of science and technology again.
Adjacent to the reception area is a casual coffee bar and server room, which provides technical support for the internal, but also shows the strong technical strength of GE. Indoor glass high partition and door are made of double layer soundproof glass. Each independent office is equipped with a flat screen display, real mobile Internet Office environment.
The GE office in Malaysia has to meet the needs of highly intensive office personnel, so there are no more than 125 fixed stations on each floor. In addition, there are many project collaboration workstations, stand stand workstations, and multi office furniture configurations that facilitate teamwork. Each floor adopts a unified theme of the large visual graphic design, and arc design elements, in order to strengthen the unified brand image.
